Usually, the service of inviting a foreign citizen is provided through an application through “Gosuslugi” (it’s a Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation).
A Russian wife and an Egyptian husband (or vice versa) who are in Egypt can obtain a visa to Russia in 2 days for an Egyptian citizen who is in this marriage. If the issue of obtaining a visa is urgent, then the consulate is ready to resolve this issue in 2 working days, you only need to pay the consular fee for urgency. The standard procedure for obtaining a family visa can take up to 10 days.
